What's your return/exchange policy?
If you don’t love it, we have a 30-day free return policy for Baddle.com products. Just send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all the original packaging with tags attached. Paddles with signs of damage and misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
You can also exchange your item for a different size if needed. (Same rules apply for exchanges.) Please contact us to submit a return authorization and include your order number and reason for return. Return shipping to be paid for by the customer. Orders over $75 ship for free with standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Please contact us for international shipping costs.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed on Monday – Friday (before 5pm) will ship out the next day. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday through Sunday will ship out on Monday morning. Please note that major holidays may affect order processing.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Send us a message on our contact page. Include your order number in your note to us, and explain how we can help. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, so not all requests may be possible to accommodate.
How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive two emails to help you track the status of your order: one email when you place your order, and a second email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to us on our contact page. Be sure to include your order number in your note to us.
